I am licensed clinical psychologist in California. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and MA in Counseling Psychology.
I am trained in the depth psychological tradition (psychoanalytic psychotherapy, psychodynamic and Jungian/analytic psychology). I listen to how deep-rooted beliefs, current dilemmas in daily life, socio-cultural factors, and emotional responses are communicating through the expression of psychological symptoms.
Are you tired of feeling stuck in the same cycles of anxiety, depression, or conflict that keep you from feeling truly present in your life? I help individuals and couples who are ready for change—whether you're navigating mood disorders, relationship struggles, or intense family issues. With a strong background in anger management and addressing complex topics like sexual disorders, I offer a safe, confidential space to work through challenges. As a parent and a grandmother, and having served as a child custody mediator, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to issues like co-parenting and visitation planning. I also specialize in empowering women who are survivors of domestic violence, helping you move from a place of survival to one of strength and stability. Let's work together to create the sustainable change you deserve.

Welcome, I'm Jenn. I am glad you are here. Slowing down and considering your own support can be difficult for many of the folks I work with, and you’ve taken the first step.
My clients tend to be smart, quirky, thoughtful, community-minded professionals. They are also often perfectionists who expect a lot from themselves. Anxiety, depression, dissatisfaction in work and relationships, and burnout can arise when you relate to yourself critically or chronically minimize your own needs.
A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults. I welcome your present challenges, lifetime of experiences, and unique inner world and offer a space where even the most confusing and distressing concerns can be met with warmth and intelligence. I work to model and support you in relating to yourself with kindness and with clear-eyes. From there, you may better connect with your own wisdom and find you can make more confident and kind choices in your relationships and career.

I have been practicing as an LCSW for 17 years in a variety of settings.
I am a Bay Area native and veteran of the US Navy. I have spent my entire career providing mental health support in the schools and community,
I didn’t take a conventional route to get here. Discovering my life’s work included a career change, two graduate programs, and countless paths less taken. I’m particularly interested in helping people explore their trauma and find self-acceptance. I believe everyone – at every age – deserves safe, quality mental health care. I love to spend my down time doing Pilates, exploring flea markets, and trying new recipes. I look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey!
Hello! I have over ten years of experience as an LCSW practicing from a strengths based approach. My areas of focus have been trauma-informed care, serious mental illness, anxiety, and depression.
Hello, I’m Jessica Anderson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Child Development from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Since 2004, I’ve had the privilege of working in many different settings—community-based organizations, hospitals supporting children and adults, and now private practice. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, each facing unique challenges and strengths.
In my practice, I approach every individual with curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I believe we all have an innate ability to heal, grow, and create change. Sometimes, though, life’s stressors—whether loss, trauma, transitions, or biological factors—can make that feel out of reach. My role is to provide support and guidance as you navigate those moments, helping you reconnect with your resilience and sense of self.
Therapy, to me, is a space for exploration and growth—a place to make sense of your experiences and learn new ways of being. I understand that being human can be complicated: we’re constantly figuring out how to live in a world that’s both beautiful and unpredictable, how to love deeply, face pain, and keep moving forward.
I work with children, adults, individuals, and couples. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as supporting those in the medical field, military personnel, and individuals or couples navigating the perinatal and postpartum experience.
I believe that in order for therapy to be effective, the client has to participate in the process. I am not a magician. I don't have a magic wand. Changing old behaviors and patterns can be difficult and painful but i am willing to be there to support you on your journey to better health.
