What would your life become if you truly met yourself? This is what I help my clients experience. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—one where your voice holds equal weight and healing unfolds in a space that feels safe, open, and free of judgment.
If anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt have been weighing on you— or you’re longing for a space where your faith and values are truly welcomed—you’ve come to the right place.
College and early adulthood can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. I work with college students and young adults who are navigating academic pressure, shifting friendships, family expectations, dating, and big life decisions. You might look like you’re managing it all, but inside you feel anxious, unsure of yourself, or constantly comparing where you are to everyone else. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, identity questions, or just trying to figure out your next step, therapy can be a place to slow down and actually breathe.
I have over 3 decades of experience working in the fields of mental health and social work. I work with youth, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and school refusal.
I have spent my career learning and translating theories into practice with individuals, families, couples, and groups. For the last few years, I've gained deeper knowledge working with trauma, anxiety, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults who live with trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I draw from ACT, EMDR, embodiment practices, and parts work, and I am neurodivergent‐friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have experience supporting clients through psychosis, grief, chronic health issues, spiritual trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
At the core of my work is a belief that every person has the capacity to choose who they become. As Jean‐Paul Sartre wrote, “We are constantly creating ourselves through action.” I see therapy as a space where you can explore that creation with support, clarity, and intention.
I listen intuitively — 100% judgment free, with unconditional support. In our work together you'll increase confidence and manage stress more effectively.
We'll uncover the root of what's troubling you, explore new perspectives, and shift into healthier thought patterns.
This is done by integrating evidence based and mind-body approaches, which tends to bring clients RELIEF and CLARITY.
I have been working as a therapist since 2008. I am very client-focused, allowing each child/youth I work with to guide treatment. I encourage parents to be active in the treatment process. I try my best to make therapy never feel like "therapy".
Hi! As a mental health counselor I have worked with people of many and varied backgrounds for 19 years. I welcome the opportunity to get to know those personally under my care and to work with clients toward positive change and growth. My Master's degree is in Clinical Social Work from Aurora University, Aurora, Illinois. Clinical Social Work is another way of saying I help those who may be struggling with social anxiety, feelings of hopelessness or sadness, mental health issues, relationships, feelings of not liking yourself, and many more. I look forward to getting to know you!
I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering and collaborative. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity and respect for their lived experience. In our work together, you can expect honesty, encouragement and practical tools you can apply outside of sessions.
