Imagine a life where you can harness your strengths and find more joy in life. I will work side by side with you to find inner strength and empowerment. My years of experience as a therapist and coach has allowed me to help hundreds of people. I love working with children, teens, young adults, couples, and new parents. I encorporate expressive therapies into my practice, along with strategies to help you make progress.
I was an activist long before I was a therapist, and I bridge these approaches in my work. Chicago parents, queers, spoonies, feminists, sex workers, polyfolx and weirdos of all stripes: I got you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience in my work with adolescents, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, stress management, parenting issues, and family dynamics. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and calming space that promotes healing and personal growth.
