I'm passionate about empowering others to know their true worth, to face their past, their fears or anything else that may be keeping them from living out their God given gifts and purpose. I have had the honor of serving as a counselor in the Capital Region of New York for almost 15 years and 6 years ago opened my own private practice.
Hi there! As a practicing clinician of ten years, my goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable to be and express yourself, to have your voice heard, to process and work through any challenges you are facing, and to know that you are not alone as we work collaboratively together. I strive to create an environment where one can engage in self-reflection, self-exploration, growth, and healing. Before obtaining my Ph.D. in Social Work at New York University, I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a B.A. in Psychology at Brooklyn College.
I specialize in supporting individuals and families through all aspects of the reproductive journey. This includes those who are family planning, currently pregnant, navigating the postpartum period, or have experienced a loss. My work is informed by extensive experience, including three years of providing telehealth services and co-facilitating multiple postpartum depression support groups.

I believe that we are always one decision away from living the exact life that we want! I am a first-generation Haitian-American graduate from SUNY Albany & Stony Brook University. I've worked in the mental health field for 12 years and still find myself energized by the stories of my incredibly brave clients. In my practice, I help first generation Women of Color break free from rescuing others and give them tangible tools to begin healing themselves through daily practice.
