Samantha is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, as well as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Recovery Coach. She specializes in working with individuals who are motivated for change but need the right support, structure, and strategies to move forward. With over 15 years of experience in human services, she brings both depth of knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to her work. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people build skills to manage emotions, improve focus, tolerate stress, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I have over 10 years of experience working with adults in different modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Group Psychotherapy. I have additional training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from the Seleni Institute. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work where I studied Advanced Clinical Practice.
