I bring warmth, authenticity, and a calm, steady presence to the therapeutic relationship. While my focus is on children and teens, I also support adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes.
I’m intentional about creating a space where clients of all ages feel understood and supported. While working with children and teens, I work to build trust through patience, playfulness, and developmentally appropriate communication. For adults, I offer a grounded, collaborative environment where they can explore challenges openly and at their own pace. Parents often share that they appreciate my ability to connect with their child while also offering clear communication, guidance, and compassion throughout the process.

Im Kendra, I have a bachelors in fine art, and I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I draw on four years of working in community mental health with folks recovering from substance abuse and behaviors that no longer helpful or are directly harming relationships and mental health. I have lived experience with recovery and loving people struggling with addiction. I have been described as a warm, curious, compassionate, and empowering counselor. I offer trauma‐informed care that is inclusive to all humans, healing happens when you can show up as your authentic and full self!
My professional experience has been working with adolescents, college students, adults, working on various issues, and wanting someone to help them in the journey. No one lives life without going through something that makes them question whether they can work through it on their own. I believe we are created for community, and need others at times, to walk alongside us, giving us a space to process, and work through whatever challenges we face.
