

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist in the State of Texas. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman’s University. My training and experience have been focused on providing trauma informed care. I have worked primarily with active duty and veteran members of the military, first responders, and survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence. I have experience working with combat trauma, moral injury, sexual trauma, and religious trauma.
I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming sex therapist currently pursuing my PhD in Clinical Sexology. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and polycules to help navigate sex and sexuality. Some areas of focus are kink, ethical non-monogamy, variance in desire, and reclaiming sex after trauma.

I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and have worked in both clinical and private practice settings. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, manage stress, and move through life’s challenges with more confidence and balance.
As a board-certified Licensed Practice Counselor, I have experience leading clients through anxiety, depression, neurodivergent disorders (ADHD and ASD), and emotional regulation. I specialize in addressing cognitive behavioral issues. I am fully committed to listening and offering my best professional practices to help you.
