Before I ever attended college, I found I enjoyed helping people with fitness training and herbs. After homeschooling for several years, I obtained a teachers license and found I preferred working one on one. I enjoy helping people become successful in life. I offer faith based, and integrated health counseling for a holistic touch.
I'm a Houston-based psychologist with roots in the Texas Hill Country. My academic path began with a bachelor's in psychology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of North Texas, Denton. My journey continued in Syracuse, NY, for a pre-doctoral internship at SUNY Upstate Medical University before returning to Texas for a fellowship at The Menninger Clinic, affiliated with The Baylor College of Medicine. Houston has since been my home, where I'm dedicated to my practice.
I work with people who look like they are managing everything, but feel worn out, overwhelmed, or stuck on the inside. I am a licensed therapist and life management coach with nearly twenty years of experience helping adults navigate work, relationships, family, and the pressure to keep going no matter what. My background as an Air Force medical technician shaped how I show up today: calm, grounded, and very aware that real life is messy and complicated.
Hi! I offer guidance to individuals and groups to help them deal with certain issues that affect their subjective well-being and mental health. I often use wellness models to highlight their strengths to help them become more confident in their everyday lives.
I help professionals navigate and overcome mental health hurdles for enhanced success and well-being, by fostering resilience through personalized treatment.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have worked with several different clientele including age ranges. I specialize in teenagers, LGBTQ+, women issues and young adults 18-55.

From there I have continued to work in private practice. I work with individuals (adults and children from ages 12 and up), couples, and families.
