Hi, My name is John’Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX and LA, I can assure therapy with me is never a cliche.
Life can shift unexpectedly-and when it does, the stress, trauma, or emotional pain can leave you feeling lost,
isolated, or overwhelmed. Whether you're healing from abuse, facing a major transition, navigating
relationship stress, or coping with anxiety or depression, therapy can offer a path toward clarity, peace, and
renewal. You're not alone.
With 20+ years experience in mental health, I use a holistic approach with intent to balance of spiritual, mental, physical and social wellness. Trained in EMDR and Trauma Focused Therapy, I help people heal from traumatic experiences that leave them living beneath their potential. I also treat couples in crisis, or who just desire a greater level of understanding, functionality and intimacy.
I also work with professionals experiencing burn-out or toxic work stress.
Prior to entering private practice, I worked for four years as a therapist with the Arizona Department of Corrections. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions to include stress, anxiety, and depression. I possess experience in working with individuals facing challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and gender dysphoria.
