Hi, I’m E. C. Kissner — and if you’re someone who feels accomplished on the outside but stretched thin on the inside, you’re in the right place. Many of the people I work with are navigating burnout, transitions, stress, uncertainty about next steps, or a sense that life’s moving faster than they can keep up with. You want clarity, balance, and a way to turn insight into real-world change, and you want a space that meets you where you are — respectful of your identity, your experiences, and your goals.
EPIR Source is built on the foundation of trust and accountability between clinician and client. We pride ourselves on providing the EPIR Experience which includes clients having a life transforming, therapeutic experience.
Hi there, Jenny here! I believe therapy is about learning how to bend without breaking. I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing trauma, chronic stress, and high-demand roles like military, first responder, high level executives AND those that care for them. These are the people that are usually holding it all together for others!
I have a special connection to these populations as an Air Force brat, Air Force Veteran, and Air Force Spouse - quite literally not a day of my life untouched by the military! I have more than 20 years' experience working with children, youth, families and couples around their life challenges and transitions.
I have worked with individuals who suffers with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and substance abuse disorders. The most profound thing that I've learned is that we can improve ourselves at any point in our lives. I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As a LCSW, I have worked with diverse and vulnerable populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My goal is to assist individuals in reaching their highest potential.
Hello, I am Pamela "Paige" Lees. I have been a licensed therapist for 30 years. I have worked with a wide variety of people and together tackled a multitude of life's problems. I have a master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. I enjoy working with individuals and I specialize family problems of all kinds.
I'm Simone Shepardson, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I've worked across a range of clinical settings — inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient therapy — which has given me a deep understanding of how to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. I specialize in working with gifted populations, high-functioning autism, anxiety, ADHD, and family dynamics. I've served over 10 years on the board of the Illinois Association for Play Therapy and previously acted as a clinical advisor to the West Suburban Bipolar Group in DuPage County. Outside of my practice, I'm a professionally trained singer and musician, a dancer, and a devoted wife and mother. I bring my whole self — warmth, creativity, and genuine care — into the work I do with each client.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in helping high-achieving professionals and women navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out despite your success, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
With a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, I bring a unique lens to therapy that integrates both personal and professional well-being. With leadership experience across corporate and nonprofit settings, I understand the pressures of high-demand environments and the impact they can have on mental health. I support clients facing career stress, leadership demands, and complex life transitions, including fertility journeys, pregnancy, and early parenting.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with individuals who are used to “holding it all together” but are ready for a space where they can slow down, process deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
