Hello! My name is Erin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With my extensive experience in the arts I have always celebrated the variety and creativity of people. In my most recent role working with people going through the judicial system, my belief that some of the greatest work can be accomplished when a person is provided a non judgmental and safe ear, has only strengthened.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, educator, and artist. I am skilled and experienced in supporting people working on issues of self-esteem/worth, traditional and non-traditional relationship issues, sexual wellness, body-positivity, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, recovery, life transitions, family issues, and more.
The work we do will be directed by the Person-Centered, Rogerian principles of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and belief in authentic human connection.
My work is motivated by my own deep desire to stand by others as they build resilience, claim their right to joy, and (re)discover their sense of curiosity and possibility.
For 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across systems, communities, and life stages — with adults, families, and individuals navigating complex dynamics, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma and inequities. I’ve worked in settings that range from deeply clinical to community-based, and through it all, one truth has remained constant: people are remarkably resilient when given the right space and support.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves support and a safe place to explore who they are and what they need. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship as a core driver of change — feeling seen, respected, and meaningful is foundational to healing.
I believe you deserve to feel joy, contentment, and excitement about your life. You deserve healthy, fulfilling relationships and a sense of connection to yourself and others.
I work best with adults who are ready to go deeper — who are motivated to take courageous next steps, explore what may be getting in the way, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I specialize in life transitions, self-esteem and self-worth, resilience-building, and helping people rediscover their joy.
I’m an LCSW currently licensed in CT, MA, NH, and ME. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s practical and empowering. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions or grief, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where growth and change feel possible. My role is not to “fix” but to walk with you to gain insight, develop tools and move towards the version of you that feels most authentic.
My therapy style is centered on warmth, empathy, and inclusivity. Drawing from my extensive experience working with diverse populations, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. Everyone brings unique experiences, and my goal is to ensure that our work together honors your cultural, spiritual, and personal life story.
As your therapist I will work alongside you to help you learn to identify your emotions, learn healthy ways to express yourself, and healthy and effective ways of communicating with others. Together we will also identify your strengths as well as possible unhealthy thinking or behavioral patterns and how they relate to your everyday experiences and emotions.
Welcome! I have spend the last 15 years sitting with people experiencing the greatest pain of their lives. Pain caused by past trauma and fears of the future. Pain caused by loss of a loved one, a job, physical ability and independence. Pain caused by a lack of confidence in themselves and others. All of this compounded by the fact that their ways of coping were no longer working. The alcohol, drugs, food, excessive work, relationships, sex, or the need to control were starting to do more harm than good.
As a clinical social worker I have worked in many different settings such as hospitals, group homes, residential schools, community service agencies, and group practices providing individual therapy. I have worked with people from many different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Currently, I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for 10 years. I believe my broad experience helps me to understand my clients on many different levels and meet them where they are at.
With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and over 6 years serving the Worcester community, I’m a licensed LMHC who brings warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the therapy room. I work with youth and families using a mix of modalities, and brief solution-focused approaches, and I’m especially committed to creating an open-minded, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse communities.
