I have over 10 years of experience working with adults in different modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Group Psychotherapy. I have additional training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from the Seleni Institute. I believe in shared decision-making and in taking seriously the values, goals, and needs of the whole person. My work involves thoughtful psychiatric assessment, therapy, and medication management—each tailored to your individual life experiences. I approach every encounter with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, with 15 years of experience in the field—six of those in clinical practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, youth, adults, families, veterans, the elderly, marginalized and vulnerable populations, and individuals impacted by substance use. My diverse experience has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, effective support tailored to each person's unique needs.
