Hi my name is Nathalie. Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey of self-improvement. Change is hard but I am here to help you along in the process of change.
I am passionate about finding the way for people struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use concerns and trauma. I have been in practice for 20 years. I have had training in several modalities of therapy, but ultimately I am always looking for what works for every single person I work with.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. I’ve spent years helping high-responsibility people—veterans, professionals, caregivers—find clarity and steadiness again. My style is warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I believe you already carry the strength you need to heal, and my job is to help you access it with more ease and confidence.
I’m a therapist who keeps it real. Life gets overwhelming, and you don’t have to pretend with me. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, substance use, relationship stress, or court‐related challenges, I’m here to help you sort through the chaos and find your footing again. I’m supportive, honest, and easy to talk to — and I’ll walk with you as you learn new skills, break old patterns, and build a life that feels more stable and aligned with who you want to be.
I am a dedicated mental health clinician committed to helping patients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth when given the right support and tools.
I have a background in working with individuals across the lifespan, with particular experience supporting patients with anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. I also work with patients who struggle with self-worth, perfectionism, and patterns of self-criticism, helping them build a more compassionate and balanced relationship with themselves.
I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology at University of Hartford, and I continue to engage in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in mental health care. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports patients in building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
