As a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults across the developmental spectrum. I have experience working across a variety of settings including schools, private practice, and universities.
I bring a warm, grounded and approachable presence to therapy. Clients often tell me I'm easy to talk to and that I create a space where they feel understood rather than judged. As someone who balances many roles in my own life, I understand what it feels like to carry stress, navigate transitions, and show up for others while trying to take care of yourself. That lived perspective helps me connect with clients who are overwhelmed, burnt out, or searching for clarity and stability.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Disorders and my master's degree in Professional Counseling. I currently serve as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Director in community mental health, where I oversee clinicians, strengthen treatment programs, and support whole-person care across school, home and community settings. This background gives me a solid understanding of both the emotional and practical challenges people face.
I work with adults, teens, caregivers, parents, college students, and helping professionals. Some of the treatment areas I frequently support include:
It’s exhausting to live a life that feels more like a performance than an experience. You may feel heavy with the weight of "doing"—meeting expectations while losing the quiet essence of "being." Whether navigating the hollow ache of loss, the fog of depression, or the echoes of trauma, I know how it feels to be a stranger to yourself. Therapy begins when you decide you can no longer just "push through." We move forward by creating space for your pain to be heard. It's a journey of reclamation: stripping away the noise to rediscover the resilient, authentic soul that has been waiting for you all along.

Hi! I'm Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters at Bryn Mawr College of Social Work and have been practicing for 7 years. For the past 5 years, I worked full time in a school setting helping children who struggle with mental health issues, emotional regulation, and peer conflicts. I am passionate about helping children and adolescents regulate their emotions, learn coping skills, and develop a positive self-esteem. I also enjoy counseling women as they navigate transitions, relationships, and discovering their identity.
I am a passionate clinician who sees each client as a person with individual needs, wants, and goals. I have experience working with mood, adjustment and anxiety disorders, as well as co-occurring disorder and individuals struggling with interpersonal issues.
Hi! My name is John. I am a warm, welcoming therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself-humor included. I earned my Master's degree in 2016 and bring over ten years of experience working in the Mental Health/Counseling field. I am trained in trauma-informed care and prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in our work together, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m a therapist who keeps it real. Life gets overwhelming, and you don’t have to pretend with me. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, substance use, relationship stress, or court‐related challenges, I’m here to help you sort through the chaos and find your footing again. I’m supportive, honest, and easy to talk to — and I’ll walk with you as you learn new skills, break old patterns, and build a life that feels more stable and aligned with who you want to be.
In our process, as you work towards sharing whatever is on your mind, we listen, think, and feel together, paying attention to patterns that may echo your past and our broader sociopolitical context. We explore what may be difficult to think or feel through on your own—a process that can lead to deepened self-understanding, more curiosity, and new ways of relating with your internal and external worlds. This work can help you feel more spontaneous, more connected to yourself, to others, to your desires and fears, and can lead to new possibilities for intentional choices.
My clients are often standing at the edge of something new—sometimes by choice, sometimes by circumstance. They may be adjusting to a major life transition: a marriage or a divorce, the birth of a baby, a new diagnosis, a career shift or a personal loss. Some are navigating moments of crisis or reckoning. Others come to therapy not because something obvious has changed, but because they need something to change.
What they share in common is a sense that their old tools are no longer working the way they used to. Maybe what once helped them feel in control—over-functioning, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict—is now creating more disconnection than relief. Maybe the strategies that used to help them cope are starting to feel brittle or self-limiting. They might be asking: Why is this so hard now? Why am I feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or off-center in a season when I thought I should be thriving?
If you’re in a season of transition—or longing for one—I welcome you to reach out. Therapy can be a steady place to land while you find your footing again.
