I have a strong skill set working with older teens and young adults but love working with all humans in general. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a variety of professional experiences. I have a unique competency and passion in working with young children and their caregivers (8 and under) as well as working with First Responder families.
I obtained my MSW from the University of Pittsburgh and my most recent jobs have included working as a child therapist and Early Childhood Mental Health consultant, I obtained my LSW in 2020 and my LCSW in 2024. I also am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in EMDR.
I am a Pennsylvania and Rhode Island Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and received my Masters of Social Work from West Chester University, specializing in integrated care for medically vulnerable populations. I have worked in a variety of settings, including children and youth crisis intervention, mental health counseling, and LGBTQ+ specific behavioral health services.

I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals and families in both therapeutic and life coaching settings. I have my Master of Social Work from New York University and have worked in Social Services and Behavioral Healthcare for more than 26 years between New York City and Philadelphia. I offer individual therapy to support my clients in their work to live their best lives, whatever that means to them. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatry and outpatient counseling.
Coping with a sever Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) for the past 20+ years allowed me to experience both side of the counselor-counselee dynamic. I conduct honest, in-depth conversations that allows clients to feel at ease with the self-directed decision they make to bolster their personal, educational, or vocational pursuits.
I would clients to know that I strive to provide education, support and cheer leading for my clients, and that I deliver therapy to each person with gratitude and respect. I have a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, which helped me to develop an approach by identifying strengths and resources, helping to create realistic goals and making necessary changes. I have been practicing for 31 years and I know that I will never know everything.
I have a heart for maternal mental health and reproductive mental health. This can include Infertility, pregnancy and post partum mood disorders, perinatal hospice, surrogacy screenings, pregnancy and infant loss, teen pregnancy, crisis pregnancy, abortion, menopause. We have a maternal mental health crisis in our country and I hope to help alleviate that.
I am also passionate about supporting bariatric patients in their weight loss journey. I am the proud owner of a gastric sleeve. I lost 150 pounds ten years ago and am keeping it off.
