Hello I am Clyde who wants to ensure you receive the best treatment you can, offering treatment in a safe space, nonjudgmental, honest, confidential, timely warm, kind, considerate, professional, ethical, skillful, relevant, current way. Look forward to getting to know you.
I embrace the philosophy of "meeting people where they are at" when it comes to treatment. Whether it is serious mental illness or "first world problems," the first step is understanding the symptom experiences and environmental/relational factors, building a safe therapeutic environment, and determining what progress in treatment looks like for you. My aim is to empower you, be curious and open-minded about your lived experiences, explore meaningful ways to make changes, utilize non-judgmental approaches to challenge thoughts/narratives that have contributed to the reason(s) for treatment, and/or facilitate better communication with supports. I specialize in working with people who who struggle with communicating their unique symptoms/experiences, making therapy difficult to try or intimidating or as a result have been through the "ringer" of mental health treatment with a variety of potential diagnoses.
I have been a licensed psychologist for a number of years and have generally provided therapeutic services on an outpatient basis. The majority of my experience has been in providing therapy to individuals who have experienced some form of trauma,
Hi! My name is Mara, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 15 years learning how to see, understand, and support people from all different walks of life. I specialize in working with adults, and have special areas of interest in working with those who see themselves as neurodiverse. Hello! As a licensed professional counselor, I want to help you achieve your best self. Asking for help can be difficult, so it's great that you are looking into getting help. I have been in practice for 10 years and look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Hi!
I have been in practice, providing therapy services since early 2022 when I began my internship at a community based mental health organization. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in 2023 and from this point on, I have worked with a vast population of individuals, coming from all backgrounds, mental health experiences and diagnoses. I became licensed in the state of Pennsylvania in January 2026. I largely specialize in addressing anxiety disorders, depression & mood disorders, stress & burnout along with grief and loss.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in a variety of settings supporting individuals navigating PTSD, addiction, and recovery from domestic violence and relational trauma. I have worked in community mental health, treatment programs, and trauma-informed environments, giving me a deep understanding of the complex challenges these populations face.
My approach is trauma-focused, attachment-based, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are — without judgment — and partnering together toward meaningful, measurable healing. My goal is not just symptom management, but helping you experience real growth, healthier relationships, emotional stability, and lasting change.
Therapy with me is compassionate, direct, and empowering. We will work at a pace that feels safe while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. I believe healing is possible, and I am passionate about helping clients see tangible results in their lives.
For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian faith-integrated counseling into our work together.
You don’t have to navigate this alone — support and transformation are possible.
