Are you tired of carrying things that are just too heavy for you to carry alone anymore? As a licensed professional counselor, I can help you carry that load. In my 12 years as a counselor, I've worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults of all ages in homes, outpatient offices, and online. I have a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision, and have taught in graduate counseling programs, but my first love is working directly with individuals who are dealing with the effects of trauma, grief, burnout, or anxiety. I am a Christian and would be happy to incorporate your spiritual beliefs, whether Christian or not, into our work together, if desired.

Choosing to start therapy is a courageous step, and I believe that a strong, supportive relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my approach is both evidence-based and deeply person-centered. I work to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, blending clinical expertise with genuine empathy. Together, we’ll navigate life’s complexities and develop the tools you need to move forward with resilience and clarity. I’ve always believed that the best therapy happens when clinical expertise meets genuine human connection. My journey in this field began at Penn State, and I later sharpened my skills through a Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Widener University. But while my degrees hang on the wall, my heart is in the work of helping people navigate the beautiful, messy reality of everyday life.
When I’m not in the office, I’m living my own 'real life'—which usually involves cheering from the sidelines at my son’s lacrosse games or sitting in the audience at my daughter’s dance competitions. I’m a firm believer that we’re all works in progress, and I’d be honored to support you in yours.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Social Work. Throughout my 12+ year career I have worked with a variety of people and have really found my skill set to be working with people dealing with OCD, depression, and anxiety. I like to incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness into my work.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Diplomate in Energy Psychology with advanced training in mindfulness and mind-body approaches to healing. My work integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and energy psychology to help clients move beyond symptom management and into genuine transformation.
I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and phobias, as well as those seeking greater focus, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative and growth-oriented—grounded in presence, compassion, and evidence-based practices that honor both mind and body.
With a background in both traditional therapy and integrative modalities, I aim to help clients reconnect to their innate capacity for healing and resilience—so they can live with more clarity, freedom, and ease.
I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, as well as a certified School Counselor for grades K–12. I have over 25 years of experience working in a school setting, where I supported students from kindergarten through 12th grade and worked closely with thousands of families. That experience shaped my deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges children and teens face, and it’s also where my passion for helping young people truly grew.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have a particular passion for supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorder recovery.
My clinical background includes working closely with children, teens, and families in both mental health and medical settings, which has shaped my understanding of how emotional wellbeing is influenced by stress, family relationships, identity development, and the pressures many young people carry every day. I also understand that struggles with food, body image, anxiety, and self-worth often show up quietly at first—and deserve compassionate, thoughtful support.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help clients feel understood while building the insight, coping skills, and confidence needed to make meaningful change.
I’m also a doctoral candidate in Social Work, which reflects my commitment to providing evidence-informed care that is both thoughtful and deeply personalized. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, body image challenges, relationship stress, life transitions, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately, therapy can be a place to feel grounded, supported, and empowered.
