I believe we are whole and complete, yet the structures and communities we live in might have us feeling like we are lacking, broken, and/or that there is something “wrong” with us. Life can be hard, and it can make us hard. Hard on ourselves, hard on the people we love, and hard on the people we interact with. As we grow and live through the natural stages of life, and the expected and unexpected events that arise, the strategies we consciously or unconsciously developed throughout our life to keep us safe and regulated might no longer be working for us. They might even be causing us distress or dysfunction. Our helpful coping strategies have become unhelpful, and this is where therapy comes in.

Together, we can develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your mental and emotional well-being.
I specialize in telehealth psychiatric medication management for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD symptoms, trauma/PTSD, postpartum mental health concerns, and women’s mental health issues.
