Hi! I offer guidance to individuals and groups to help them deal with certain issues that affect their subjective well-being and mental health. I often use wellness models to highlight their strengths to help them become more confident in their everyday lives.
Hi, I’m Charity, and I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use a solution-focused therapy approach that emphasizes your strengths and the progress you’re already making, even when it may feel hard to see. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based practices to help you stay grounded, build self-awareness, and manage stress in healthier, more intentional ways.
I believe that therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just unsure of where to go next, we’ll work together to identify clear, achievable goals and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud parent of four amazing kids, ages 17, 10, 10, and 2. My youngest is on the autism spectrum, which has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, parenting stress, and the importance of flexibility and compassion. When I’m not working or parenting, I love attending comic cons and trying new foods, whether that’s a new local spot or a dish I’ve never made before.
If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth therapist who will help you focus on what’s possible (not just what’s painful), I’d be honored to work with you. At this time I do not provide couples counseling.
Harvard trained with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Levy takes a holistic approach to emotional and behavioral difficulties. He understands that connections with others is as vital as breathing air.
My approach is holistic and culturally attuned, blending evidence -based therapy with deep empathy and understanding of each partners lived experience. Together, we will work towards healing with real coping tools that you can use.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I can assist in addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior issues, emotional regulation, anger management, relationship and peer issues, and life stressors.
I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to Texas in 2007. I earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. I earned her Masters in Social Work from Loma Linda University in Southern California.

Hello! I'm an LPC offering individual counseling to adolescents, college students, and adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, among other areas. I received my BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University in 2016 and my MS in Counseling from East Texas A&M in 2018. Growing up, I loved helping others and felt that listening and empathy came naturally to me. It's a privilege now to bring these same aspects into my role as a counselor.
