I am a insight oriented therapist that strongly believes that "there is always hope for a better tomorrow". I am an experienced therapist specializing in issues of depression, phobias, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, ADD, eating disorders and obsessions. I work particularly well with couple/marital issues, family issues and drug addiction.
I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
I am dedicated to my work with adolescents, adults, & families. My gift is in seeing the big picture. Having obtained my Clinical License (LCSW) & now in private practice, I am accepting clients ages 12 and above. My experience has primarily focused on supporting those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
I am passionate about helping individuals on journeys of self-discovery who seek a better quality of life. Working with couples and families is a strength of mine, as I support clients in uncovering their strengths to thrive within relationships. Family Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for people to share their stories and feel truly heard.
With 20+ years of experience in Social Work, including time in London, I bring a global view to my practice. A New Jersey native, I studied acting at NYU and later earned my Juris Doctor. Returning to my true passion, I completed my MSW at California State university at Long Beach, which was life-changing. My 19 years as a pediatric trauma social worker taught me the value of calm in crisis.
Hi, I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with older teens and young adults on challenges like anxiety, relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and life transitions. My approach is warm, insight-oriented, and relational—I believe that real change happens when we better understand ourselves and how we relate to others. Therapy with me is a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, reflect deeply, and grow at your own pace.
You should know that I truly see you — not just your symptoms or diagnosis. Many clients come to me feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck — often after feeling unheard or dismissed by other providers. My goal is to understand the full picture — your goals, challenges, and values — and create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your care. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other psychiatric concerns.
I combine evidence-based psychiatry with a holistic, personal touch. Care with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and never rushed. I don’t push medications or rely on quick fixes — I work with you to find clarity, balance, and lasting relief through treatment that fits your life.
Hello! My name is Erin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With my extensive experience in the arts I have always celebrated the variety and creativity of people. In my most recent role working with people going through the judicial system, my belief that some of the greatest work can be accomplished when a person is provided a non judgmental and safe ear, has only strengthened.
Most of my clients would describe me as an empath who is warm, caring, and non-judgmental. I often hear, that speaking with me is like speaking with a best friend. I utilize my education, experience, training and education to support you, and the situations/issues you face. I have an ecumenical spiritual belief system, which can be brought into session at your request. As a member of the LGBT+ community, being sober, and over coming clinical depression have only contributed to my therapeutic approach. I look forward to getting to know you, and working with you for the best possible outcome. Please contact me should you have issue with finding an available time to accommodate your schedule. I will do what I can to help you find a mutually agreed appointment.
